Danbury Beauty's Price Match Remit
If you find a lower price on an identical item at an AUTHORIZED national or local retail competitor (including shipping and delivery fees), just call or email us the authorized competitors current ad or show a printout, photo, smartphone display or app, and we’ll match their price. Our price match policy doesn’t apply to certain brands; discontinued, clearance, used or damaged items. Limited to reasonable quantities. Can’t be combined with other discounts. Additional restrictions may apply.
Authorized Competitors
To ensure the integrity of competitor products, Danbury Beauty will only price match against authorized resellers of professional products.
Authorized National Retailers include Sephora, Amazon, Ulta, Mays, Nordstrom, and Product Manufacturer.
Authorized Local retailers must be a professional licensed salon and have a physical location in the United States. The competitor’s address and phone number must be displayed on their website and listed on google maps to qualify.
Danbury Beauty must be able to successfully validate the price on the competitor’s website or ad to complete the price match. If the price can’t be validated, Danbury Beauty may decline to price match.
Exclusions and Restrictions
Products shipped from or sold by third party sellers on authorized competitor’s websites are excluded. We do not price match non authorized salon retailers (review anti-diversion policy), drug stores, auction sites or third-party marketplace sellers. We do not price match solely online sellers/retailers without a physical salon address in the Continental US. We do not price match international sellers.
Danbury Beauty doesn’t match competitors' coupons. Customers can either use a Danbury Beauty coupon (if available) or price match to a lower competitive price but not both. Danbury Beauty doesn’t allow coupons to be used on a product that has a price match.
Danbury Beauty also won’t match a competitor’s rebate offers, sales tax promotions, senior discounts, buy-one-get-one-free sales, or advertising/pricing errors.
Price Match Criteria
If you have the competitor’s advertisement, please present the entire printed ad or a photo/photocopy of the ad. Digital versions of printed advertisements are accepted. If you found the price online, please present the price on your mobile device from a authorized competitor's website. For local retailers, please make sure to present proof of a physical salon address on their website and google maps or the price match will be denied. A Danbury Beauty sales associate will then verify the match using a Danbury Beauty device.
Danbury Beauty reserves the right to limit requests to reasonable quantities. If you’re looking to buy large quantities of a specific item, please visit our local store to see if a volume discount is available.
Competitor items must be in stock on the competitor’s website at the time a price match is requested. Danbury Beauty can’t honor a price match request if items are out of stock at Danbury Beauty's physical location and danburybeautysupplies.com or at the time of the request.
Price match will consider any shipping and delivery fees. For example, if a competitor is offering an item at $50 plus $10 shipping, the match price will be $60.
If you find a lower authorized price within 24 hours of making your purchase, we’ll match the lower price.

- copy of the entire printed or digital ad from the authorized competitor's website
- for local authorized salons, please also include the name and physical address that we can verify on google maps
