For Standard and FREE Delivery please allow 1 to 4 business days to process an order and additional time in transit. Standard delivery orders will be processed in the order they're received. If the customer accepts promotional offers for free shipping during checkout please note that Danbury Beauty Supplies reserves the right to assess extremely heavy packages and in very rare instances may cancel the offer. Orders placed on Friday, weekends or national holidays will be processed on Monday or the following business day.

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
All packages sent via US Postal Services. Orders will usually arrive within 7-21 business days (for in-stock items only).
There are NO Flat rates or Promotional Free Shipping for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, customers must pay shipping fees in full. There are times when our system lets customers apply promotional offers during checkout. Customers will be contacted via e-mail or by phone to collect additional shipping fees. Cancellations or Shipping Changes
Once any order is placed it goes into our automated fulfillment system and is processed usually the same day. Once you submit an order you can no longer change shipping or billing options. If you wish to change any provided information please contact our customer service.
