Color Wow Pop and Lock High Gloss Finish
Color Wow Pop & Lock High Gloss Finish 1.8 oz, is a glossing serum that effectively smooths frizz, seals split ends, prevents color fade, and provides UV and heat protection. This product stands out due to its unique combination of conditioning benefits of an oil and the shine power of a serum, resulting in ultra-light and non-greasy formula. With a sparkling high-gloss finish that locks down the cuticle and seals split ends, this serum also offers three levels of heat protection, shields against UV rays, and helps prevent color fade.
How to use:
1. Use on wet or dry hair.
2. On wet hair: Apply a few drops to hands and distribute through hair, concentrating on lower lengths and ends. Style as desired.
3. On dry hair: Apply a few drops to hands and smooth lightly through hair sections as desired for a frizz-free, glossy, and polished finish.

There are NO Flat rates or Promotional Free Shipping for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, customers must pay shipping fees in full. Cancellations or Shipping Changes
